This has luxury written all over it even though it is based off a "lowly" Plymouth. What makes this one super rare is that is had the correct number of pedals. It is super rare 1 of 17 1967 Plymouth VIP's with the 383 4 speed! We go over some history on the car, what the VIP was, get it revived and see if it will do a burn out.
