7.05 Samurai Rotation 2.14

The Balance Samurai Rotation untill it breaks @~12mins. The TLDR of why it's done this way is that our extra tsubames make it so we are put 2 gcds behind after every even minute window, as we have 2 extra gcds every minute now. This means we have to meikyo 1 sen earlier after each even minute burst window to stay alligned, we reset the loop at 6minutes by using our 2nd meikyo window and it makes for a good pot window aswell. You may also notice we are drifting at 1min window, this is done on purpose to make it so our banked tsubame hits the raidbuffs at even minute windows. We don't drift more after this.
