KTS - Wire Mesh in Tekla Structures
This video shows how to model in wire mesh often used in miscellaneous steel detailing for guardrails or safety barriers in fencing. You will see how to create the mesh with beam parts, then fuse them together with the Part Add command, creating a standard Shape Item Geometry in Tekla, and then even using the array command to create a parametric custom component part to allow the user to adapt the lengths of the mesh to whatever they need.
