Lamb prices have been a big talking point this winter. Despite strong demand for lamb in countries like France and Spain, the trade here in Ireland hasn’t always felt as strong on the ground. In this video I talk a bit about the reality of fattening lambs over the winter, the costs involved, and whether it has actually been worthwhile this year.
