dbx 3BX DS Demo: Hammy Technoid Talks

Here is my demo of a dbx 3BX DS I recently procured from ebay. It is in perfect working condition and the demo shows off its music enhancing properties. The whole premise of being able to electronically restore the dynamics of a recording that has been stripped of its realism has always intrigued me. There have been several attempts by several manufacturers to accomplish this task, but I think dbx made the largest strides in the industry. The list of patents on the back of their equipment seems to be the tell. The musical portion of this demo was recorded direct and no camera mic is involved to color or distort the sound.
