Married at the age of 22, Harini happily decided to dedicate her time to her child, despite having many career dreams. Five years later, when her son started school, she started dreaming of achieving her goals again. That’s when Harini started making soap in 2015, which started with trying to solve problems for her son. She also started selling her products from her residence. This is what laid the foundation for her to start her company Earth Rhythm, which is worth Rs 200 crore today. With the day-to-day support and customers for her product, she launched it as a brand called Earth Rhythm in 2019, with the support of her father. Today, the company has over 100 employees, most of whom are women and people with disabilities. Earth Rhythm, which sells 160 products through social media pages and online shopping platforms, is committed to sustainability.
