Hello everyone 🥰 Today I have a traditional recipe from my family ☺️ These delicious PORK FILLETS IN SAUCE are absolutely amazing!! ☺️ I like them so much that I make them very often 🤤 I encourage you to make them because I'm sure you'll love them 🤤 I love making little sandwiches with them (steak in bread) 😋😋 so delicious 🤤 👉🏼 And now take note, because we're starting!!... In my case, I used 👇🏼 INGREDIENTS: 👩🏻‍🍳 1 kg of pork loin steaks 1 head of garlic 2 bay leaves 1 chili pepper Fresh parsley to taste Salt to taste Olive oil 1 tablespoon of wheat flour or cornstarch 400 ml of beef broth (or chicken or vegetable broth) 1 teaspoon of rosemary, thyme, and oregano (or a tablespoon of Herbes de Provence) 1/2 cup of brandy, approx. 100 ml (or white wine) Ground pepper to taste 👉🏼 I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support...
