Sitting 15 years, 1996 Sea-Doo XP800 Jetski. Will it start, will it run, will it be reliable?

Picked up this 1996 Bombardier Sea-doo XP800 Jetski in 2010, worked on it, rebuilt the engine and then put the cover on it and stored it away for 15 years outside... I decide its time, pull it out to the garage and see if we can resurrect this epic model of jetski Parts links: OEM Sea-Doo Carburetor rebuilt kit: https://amzn.to/4floPnv 2 needed (DO NOT BUY AFTERMARKET) 3/8” Marine Fuel line: https://amzn.to/3Q3esKB 1/4” Marine Fuel line: https://amzn.to/3S4AKwd DJI Osmo360: https://amzn.to/431A9xD API-TC low ash Quicksilver PWC oil: https://walmrt.us/4fdm8nW XP800 Outdoor cover: https://amzn.to/4tXB25d 15A fuses: https://amzn.to/4v6kKYI 10A Fuses: https://amzn.to/4dOvtAd ¾” Bilge plug: https://amzn.to/3Rv8UJr Hand Grips: https://amzn.to/4fMa9Og XP 800 battery: https://amzn.to/3QaubHT Seadoo water flush hose: https://amzn.to/4a93iuz XP800 / 787 Spark plugs: https://amzn.to/43DMMPy About the 1996 Sea-Doo XP800: For the watercraft enthusiasts out there, this '96 XP is the absolute holy grail of 90s two-stroke muscle skis. Featuring the legendary X4 hull and weighing in at only 430 lbs dry, it packs an incredible power-to-weight ratio. It is powered by a 110 HP, 782cc Rotax 787 twin-cylinder engine utilizing dual Mikuni BN-40I carburetors, a rotary valve intake, and a tuned exhaust pipe with R.A.V.E. (Rotax Adjustable Variable Exhaust) power valves. Built to lean hard, carve aggressively, and pull hard up to a factory stock top speed of around 56 MPH, it is a legend of its era. Leaving a classic machine like this sitting out in the elements for 15 years means we have our work cut out for us—from unseizing components to sorting the fuel lines and tackling a potential top-end build. Let's see if we can save this 90s legend!
