HM-25 High Moon Open Back Banjo Spotlight | Gold Tone
The HM-25 is the latest entry in our High Moon line of open back banjos. The HM-25 has an 11-inch, 24-bracket pot that provides a focused and punchy attack. The pot is made of 3-ply maple wood with a mahogany veneer to match the mahogany neck. This instrument's rounded, thicker heel, sometimes known as a boat heel, provides a stronger neck-to-pot connection which leads to superior vibration transfer and a richer sustain. The rosewood fingerboard features moon-and-dot inlays, a custom slanted frailing scoop, and is topped by a beautiful paddle-style headstock. That headstock houses geared planetary tuners with black buttons that provide classic looks and modern tuning stability. Gold Tone luthier Chris Pariso designed the HM-25 to deliver the warm, resonant voice that Old Time banjo players love. Chris spent a lot of time in the shop refining and rebuilding this model to be as great as it can be and we are proud to bring this instrument to you. @windorabug93 shows off the HM-25 and all of its most essential features.
