For my 22 Anniversary, I spent the day exactly the way I needed to—with a sunrise walk, a relaxing spa day, time to reflect, and a beautiful dinner to close it all out. Exactly six months before my 45th birthday, I found myself thinking about the woman I’m becoming, the little girl who dreamed of a life like this, and the importance of choosing ourselves with intention.
