Wano Outfit: Luffytaro 🐍 ( Max Level 20 ) Initially, it improved Luffy’s basic attack and speed. This was his best final “beast” form before awakening Nika, but he couldn’t defeat Kaido because Kaido is already a beast himself. Do you notice the fists rapidly raining down on the enemies?
