š£ EPISODE 22 | From Sea to Fire Not every fishing day starts with confidence. After weeks of rough seas and poor visibility, we decided to risk another outing. The episode begins with the preparations at home: gathering all the equipment, loading the car and trailer, filling the fuel tank, and heading towards Estaleiro Beach. There I meet Lucas and pick up Kevin, who had been absent from the channel's videos. With the team reunited, we set off for another adventure without knowing what to expect. To our surprise, the sea improved considerably and, right at the beginning of the fishing trip, a real gift: a mahi-mahi (golden dorado) of approximately 14 kg caught on the line, completely transforming our day. As expected, the fish went straight from the sea to the kitchen. While still on the boat, I prepared some very fresh sashimi and, later, at Lucas's house, I transformed the rest into a fish hot dog with Kewpie mayonnaise, furikake, togarashi, and scallions. An episode that shows that, in fishing, everything can change in a few minutes and that the best stories begin when we decide to go, even without any guarantee that it will work out. ā¤ļø Want to support Do Mar ao Fogo?
