INGREDIENTS: Chickpea flour - 3 cup Rice flour -1 cup Cumin seeds - ½ tsp Hing water - 5 g Water - As Required Curry leaves powder - ½ cup Sesame seeds - ½ cup Pepper powder - 5 tsp Chilli powder - 5 tsp Oil - As Required DIRECTIONS: Take chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, hing water, water make into nice dough. Divide the dough into four portions, one portion add curry leaves mix it well. Another one portion is add pepper powder mix it well nicely. Another one portion is add chilli powder mix it well. Another one portion is add sesame seeds mix it well nicely. Heat hot oil in a pan, deep fry the four types of sev. Transfer into a plate. Crunchy four types of kara sev ready to serve .
