Cleaning up a used mail-order "Glitter Beach" Jazzie doll. I had to cut the tabs to take off the headband because the hair was too matted under it. Unfortunately, the ink stains on the rubber legs won't come out. On a scale from 1-10 with 1 being the easiest and 10 being extremely difficult, I would rank this about a 4. It wasn't too hard to get the tangles out, but her hair is thick and the length makes it more difficult.
