Covering the scooter: Slide the cover over the handlebar and adjust it to cover the edges, securing it with the ropes hooked to the scooter's knobs and buckling the straps under the wheels. Final steps before checking in at the gate: Pull down the handlebar, zip the cover, and tighten the straps to secure the scooter properly before checking it in at the gate or the airplane door.
