WSOP Day 48 started with the $10,000 NLH Championship — but unfortunately, our tournament lasted exactly one hand. One hand, one all-in, and we were out. After that, we walked around the Main Event and checked in on some of our friends who were still fighting for the biggest title in poker. Then we jumped into the $500 Summer Saver, where things finally started going our way. We played until the dinner break and built a massive stack. During the break, we decided that one tournament wasn’t enough, so we registered for two more — a $1,500 The Closer and an online event. Once the dinner break ended, the real chaos began. We were running back and forth between three tournaments, trying to play every hand and keep track of everything at the same time. We eventually busted The Closer and the online event, but the Summer Saver went much better. We bagged 1.1 million chips and advanced to Day 2. One tournament left. One massive stack.
