Many people end up becoming experts in sales and negotiation, but still don't achieve very good results. And then a question arises: why isn't your customer buying from you? This answer may seem difficult to hear, but you're the one causing this difficulty... But let's change that now! The first step is to change how you approach the sales process. You need to add one ingredient: passion. You need to have passion and a sparkle in your eyes for what you're selling, whether it's a product or a service. And it's possible to learn this. But we only truly learn by practicing. To do this, you need to constantly analyze your daily routine, identifying everything you do in a negotiation. When were you assertive? When weren't you? From this, you'll have more clarity on areas that need improvement. Aside from the personal element, there are three more technical points that make selling to the customer difficult: 1 - Does your company really exist? Many people are still wary of buying online, wondering if online companies are real. To improve this, the tip is to add information about your business. Inform your customer about things like: how long you've been in business, how they can get their questions answered, and what customer service channels you use. This will give them confidence. 2 - What is the difference between price and value? Don't assume your customer is only looking at the item they want to buy and the price. They're also looking for information. Include detailed information about the product or service so your customer can demonstrate the added value. The more detail, the more valuable the item becomes. 3 - Is this product really for me? The more information and details your customer has about the product, the more they'll understand it's for them. So, you need to dedicate time and attention when advertising. Go beyond the obvious; customers want much more than an image, product description, and price. They want information, details, and added value. Do what your competitors aren't doing.
