12News meteorologist Patrick Vaughn is in the Weather Impact Center to update you on the day's weather what's coming up for Southeast Texas. Tropical Storm Bertha made landfall early this afternoon in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana east of New Orleans with very little shower and thunderstorm activity due to strong northeasterly wind shear and dry air.
