How I Built a 10-Foot Moose for a Ski Resort
I never expected to check a bucket list project off so early in my carving career, but I faced this challenge head on and created a massive 10.5' tall moose sculpture for Attitash Mountain Village Resorts in Bartlett, NH. This project was a huge undertaking - from visiting multiple log yards in late February to the delivery of this beats in early May, this project consumed roughly 3 months! I learned so much from this one and I'm extremely grateful for the team and staff over at Attitash. They were nothing but kind, helpful, and just as excited as I was about this project! If you ever find yourself in the White Mountains of NH, swing by Attitash Mountain Village to see this big moose in person! Again, a huge shoutout to my family, friends, neighbors, and Attitash crew for helping make this all possible. A project like this takes a village, and I'm convinced I have the best village out there surrounding me. Never be afraid of failure, doing so gets in the way of progress. Face life's challenges head on and surround yourself with people who root for you. Just some silly advice from a 28 year old girl figuring her way though this life :) ~SOCIALS~ / tmcustomcarvings Instagram: / tmcustomcarvings Facebook: / tmcustomcarvings Website: https://www.tmcustomcarvings.com/ #woodworking #carving #wood #chainsaw #moose As always, thanks for watching!
