(DESEEDED & SOAKED) GARLIC | लहसुन 7–8 CLOVES HONEY | शहद 1 TBSP LEMON ZEST | नींबू का छिलका OF 1 LEMON LEMON JUICE | नींबू का रस OF 1/2 LEMON SALT | नमक TO TASTE BLACK PEPPER | काली मिर्च TO TASTE (FRESHLY CRUSHED) OREGANO | ऑरेगैनो 1/2 TSP Method: Add paneer, thick curd, soaked Kashmiri red chillies, garlic, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and oregano to a mixer jar. Grind into a smooth, fine sauce. This is the healthy sandwich/burger sauce that I made which tastes amazing and is super healthy. It's a very versatile sauce and you can use in sandwiches, wraps, burgers and even add it over rice. Sandwich Chutney Ingredients: FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया 1 BUNCH GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 10 NOS. GARLIC | लहसुन 10 CLOVES ROASTED CHANA DAL | भुनी हुई चना दाल 2 TBSP CHAAT MASALA | चाट मसाला A LARGE PINCH SALT | नमक A PINCH ICE CUBE | बर्फ 1–2 NOS. WATER | पानी A SPLASH Ingredients: Veggies Prep CABBAGE | पत्ता गोभी 1/4 NO. CAPSICUM | शिमला मिर्च 1 MEDIUM SIZED CARROT | गाजर 1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION | प्याज़ 1 MEDIUM SIZED Method: Add fresh coriander, green chillies, garlic, roasted chana dal, chaat masala, salt, ice cubes, and water to a mixer jar. Grind into a thick, smooth chutney. Taste and adjust salt if required. Sandwich chutney is ready. Chilli Garlic Paneer Sandwich Ingredient Veggies Prep CABBAGE | पत्ता गोभी 1/4 NO. CAPSICUM | शिमला मिर्च 1 MEDIUM SIZED CARROT | गाजर 1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION | प्याज़ 1 MEDIUM SIZED Paneer (For Filling) PANEER | पनीर 250 GRAMS LEMON JUICE | नींबू का रस 1 TSP SALT | नमक A PINCH BLACK PEPPER | काली मिर्च TO TASTE (FRESHLY CRUSHED) KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1/2 TSP Assembly & Toasting ZERO MAIDA BREAD SLICES | ज़ीरो मैदा ब्रेड AS REQUIRED SOFT BUTTER | मक्खन AS REQUIRED GREEN CHUTNEY | हरी चटनी AS REQUIRED PANEER | पनीर AS REQUIRED Method: Thinly shred the cabbage and transfer it to a large bowl. Cut the capsicum by slicing off the sides and removing the core. Place the skin side down and cut into thin juliennes. Add to the same bowl. Peel the carrot, slice it diagonally into thin pieces, stack them, and cut into juliennes. Transfer to the bowl. Slice the onion into thin slices and add it to the bowl with the other vegetables. Cut the paneer into small dice and transfer to a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, freshly crushed black pepper, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix gently so the paneer does not break. Keep aside. Once you have prepared the chilli garlic sauce and the sandwich chutney, you can prepare the sandwich. Add the prepared chilli garlic sauce to the bowl of mixed vegetables gradually and mix well until evenly coated. This mixture can also be used as a salad or burger filling. Assembly: Take zero-maida bread slices and apply soft butter evenly on one side of each slice. Apply green chutney on the inner side of both slices. On one slice, spread a layer of the prepared coleslaw. Add the marinated paneer evenly over it. Cover with the second bread slice. Toasting: Heat a tawa on medium flame. Apply a little soft butter on the tawa and place the sandwich on it. Place a plate on top and gently press to ensure even toasting. Check once in between. Once the bottom side is golden and crisp, apply soft butter on the top, flip carefully, place the plate again, and toast until crisp on the second side. Remove the sandwich once both sides are evenly toasted and golden.
