Ingredients: • 500 gm boneless Chicken • 2~3 Green chilies • 4~5 Garlic cloves • 1” Ginger • 1 tbsp Coriander powder • 1 tbsp Red chili powder • 1/2 tsp Garam masala • 1/2 tsp black Pepper powder • Salt to taste • Red food color (Optional) • 2 tbsp thick Curd • Few Curry leaves • 1~2 tbsp Corn flour • 1~2 tbsp Rice flour • A pinch of Salt • Oil for frying • 1 tbsp Oil • 2~3 tsp finely chopped Garlic • Curry leaves • 2~3 slit Green chilies • Chat masala to taste • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder • Black Pepper powder • Chopped spring Onion Method: • Wash chicken really good and soak it in salt water for 2 hours. • Drain all the water from it and take it out into a bowl. • Blend green chilies, ginger and garlic well together into coarse paste and add it into the chicken. • Add coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt, food color and thick curd and mix everything well together. • Adding food color is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want. • Add corn flour, rice flour and salt and mix everything well together. • Heat up oil on high heat in a pan. • When the oil is hot enough, reduce the heat to medium and drop chicken in it. • Fry the chicken really good on medium heat until it turns nice and crunchy. • When the chicken is fried well, take it out, drain excess oil and transfer it on a tissue paper. • You can have it as it is now. • Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and add garlic. • Add curry leaves and fry well until garlic gets light golden color. • Add green chilies and fry well. • Add the fried chicken, chat masala, red chili powder, black pepper powder and spring onion and mix everything well together. Chicken 65 is ready. • Adding spring onion is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want. • Serve chicken 65 with mint chutney.
