Saldanha – Harbours, Trains and Fish-and-Chips! Ep 401

Our visit to Saldanha was a short, yet fantastic journey. The drive from Vredenburg was quick, and our fascination with harbours was well rewarded. The sight of the bustling dry dock and the enormity of the Sea Harvest processing facility left us in awe. Lunch at Charlie's Fish and Chip shop was a delight, savouring delicious fish-and-chips and fish cakes. Our next stop, the Ore Terminal, was off-limits, but witnessing the trains transporting the ore from Sishen to the harbour was an amazing experience, despite the red dust that covered the entire area.
