In this review, we drive the 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line Turbo 4MOTION, priced at $44,560 in the U.S. and C$51,295 in Canada as tested. This Tiguan uses the 2.0 liter EA888 evo5 turbo with 268 hp and 258 lb-ft, an 8 speed automatic, 4MOTION all wheel drive, the MQB Evo platform, MacPherson struts, a multi link rear suspension, 20 inch wheels, and a cabin loaded with quilted leather, American walnut trim, Harman Kardon audio, head-up display, and a 15 inch screen.
