Lasgna Bolognese / Lasaña a la Boloñesa

The Lasagna Bolognese it's a classic of the Italian cuisine and it's famous worldwide. This version made Bologna style, with layers of egg and spinach pasta, a traditional meat Ragú and a creamy Bechamel sauce, make this a rich and delicious meal. Ingredients: For the Meat Sauce: 500 gr of ground Beef 500 gr of ground Pork 200 gr of Pancetta or Bacon 1 Small Onion 1 Celery Stalk 1 medium size Carrot 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste 250 gr Tomato sauce 200 ml Red Wine 200 ml Milk 2 Bay leaves Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper For the Pasta Sheets: 300 gr All-purpose Flour 100 gr Semolina flour 3 Eggs 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Bechamel Sauce: 100 gr Butter 100 gr Flour 1 Liter of Milk Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg to taste
