CM Suvendu Adhikari News : OBC आरक्षण पर शुभेंदु अधिकारी का गेमचेंजर फैसला | Bengal Assembly Session पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा में कानून-व्यवस्था और OBC आरक्षण से जुड़े चार बिल पास हो गए हैं. इनमें एंटी-गुंडा कानून,OBC आरक्षण से जुड़े दो संशोधन बिलों को भी मंजूरी मिल गई है. वेस्ट बंगाल पब्लिक सेफ्टी एंड कंट्रोल ऑफ एंटी-सोशल एक्टिविटीज बिल 176 वोटों से पास हुआ. अब जिला मजिस्ट्रेट और पुलिस आयुक्त सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा माने जाने वाले लोगों को बिना ट्रायल 12 महीने तक हिरासत में रखने का आदेश दे सकेंगे. Four bills concerning law and order and OBC reservation have been passed in the West Bengal Legislative Assembly. These include the 'anti-goonda' law and two amendment bills related to OBC reservation. The West Bengal Public Safety and Control of Anti-Social Activities Bill was passed with 176 votes.
