I haven't uploaded a video about Ecuador on my channel yet. It was about time I talked about this small South American country 😁 As I did previously with my first videos about the Dominican Republic and Colombia, in this first video about Ecuador, I'm going to focus on a specific segment of its population: white Ecuadorians. The majority of Ecuadorians are mestizos, but there is a small group of inhabitants who are white-skinned, or mestizos with more European than indigenous features. This social group has historically lived in the extreme south of Ecuador (Loja and Cuenca) and the central coastal region of Ecuador (Manabí and Guayas).
