We, along with millions of others, are fans of "All Creatures Great and Small" written by James Herriot and its sequels. We also enjoy the PBS (Channel 5 in the U.K.) television series of the same name. All Creatures is set in the incomparable Yorkshire Dales in northern England. In May 2026, we decided to see the Dales for ourselves. In this video, we travel to the Dales and visit locations used in the TV series, and explore the city of York. We thoroughly enjoyed this taste of rural British life. Come along and enjoy it for yourself.
