In the second video of my new Chronic Urticaria series, I am sharing how I manage flareups and allergic reactions. My sensitivities range from food to chemical triggers, so the way I handle each scenario varies slightly. I came up with this all-natural routine on my own based on what works well for my body. I observed and studied the way my body reacted for months before coming up with this system. Once I implemented these steps, my healing time was reduced by half.
