As I was thinking about possible Celebi decks, I thought about Annihilape. In the past, Annihilape could run memory light to deal high amounts of damage but its 140 HP stat held it back. Now with Celebi, Annihilape can utilize other tools such as giant cape allowing it to max out its damage even up to 200 damage! While you run Annihilape for one energy, you can charge up Mega Lucario to end games with its insane 140 damage attack!
