Today I would like to introduce you the Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake🍰 It's so easy and perfect for coffee time, so please give it a try 😊 Ingredients: 100g cream cheese 80g unsalted butter 90g granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp milk 120g cake flour 3g baking powder 60g cream cheese 80g blueberry Instructions: 1. Put cream cheese and unsalted butter in a bowl, heat in a 600W microwave for 30-40 seconds, and mix well with a whisk to make it creamy. 2. Add granulated sugar and mix well. 3. Add the beaten egg in several batches and mix well each time. 4. Add milk and mix well. 5. Take out a little cake flour in the amount and coat the blueberries. *This is to prevent the blueberries from sinking into the dough. *Save some of the blueberries for the topping. 6. Add the shifted cake flour and baking powder and mix gently. 7. Add blueberries and mix. 8. Add cream cheese (60g) cut into dice and mix. 9. Pour into a parchment paper lined mold and decorate with blueberries for toppings. 10.
