Rewa - kwiecień 2024 r.

Rewa is a charming, small town on the Polish coast. While there, be sure to visit the Mechelińskie Łąki Nature Reserve and the Beka Nature Reserve. Łąki lies within the Coastal Landscape Park, which houses a bird migration research site and a viewing point overlooking the vast landscape. Rewa is also famous for its wonderful beach, thanks to its shallow, warm water. The beach is located 200 meters from the center and is 4 kilometers long. However, the best and perhaps most famous attraction in Rewa is the Rewski Headland, which also has its own local name, "Szpyrk" or "Szperk." The Rewski Headland is a kilometer-long sandy scythe jutting into the waters of the Bay of Puck, near the town of Rewa. Created by a sea current flowing along the shores of the Bay of Gdańsk. Rewa and the Cypel offer ideal wind conditions for kitesurfing and other water sports. During the summer season, this small town is unfortunately packed with tourists, and parking is scarce. I encourage you to visit the excellent Kashubian-style inn located on the main street. They serve delicious, exquisitely prepared food, and the service is very friendly. Rewa also boasts an interesting avenue commemorating distinguished men of the sea, ending with a black cross representing three anchors facing each other. It's also a lovely place for strolling and relaxation. Rewa offers a good range of accommodations for such a small town. For more discerning guests, there are modern hotels, and there's also plenty of accommodation in private properties, which we were very pleased with. I recommend visiting Rewa, as it's also a good base for trips to other coastal towns, which we took advantage of.
