What's best in 2025: New Roland E-4 or VT-4? Comparison & Review

Hello my friends today we are comparing the new and cool Roland E-4 Voice Tweaker with the less new but equally cool Roland VT-4 Vocal Transformer. I've owned the Vocal Transformer since it came out in 2018 (2017?) and its been a staple of my sound in the studio, so replacing it with something like the E-4 means it has pretty big shoes to fill in my eyes... The good news is that it holds up remarkably well in almost every comparison, and in a lot of ways is a welcome improvement to the less modern VT-4.
