Metropolis II by Chris Burden. Giant Hot Wheels Sculpture. LACMA (the movie)
Conceptual artist Chris Burden spent the last four years erecting this scaled down mega city complete with over 1000 hot wheels cars, 25 skyscrapers, 18 lanes of traffic and 13 working trains dubbed Metropolis II (after the classic German film) and is currently entertains art fans by the roomful at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
