In a low floor plan, with a narrow and long configuration, a compact living and dining room integrates with the also compact kitchen, with the intention of unifying these environments and making them more spacious. As an attachment, the service area also complements the common spaces of the residence. The hall, in turn, leads to the private area, with social bathroom and three bedrooms, one suite with a balcony. In addition, a garage for a single vehicle, together with a small garden, make up the front facade of the building in addition to the external wall. As for the interior design, the furniture is reduced and seeks to favor the best use of spaces. As an example, in the living room, a slatted panel inserts the TV equipment into the wall, avoiding obstacles in the circulation. In the kitchen, however small, the number of cupboards also built-in aims at maximum storage, without leaving the place suffocated.
