Oreck Commercial ORB550MC Orbiter Floor Machine - Unboxing

I needed some mechanical assistance to finish up the concrete floor in my media room. I wanted to find a machine that would work on the wood, tile and now concrete floors in my house. It can sand and strip finish on wood flooring as well as clean, wax and polish the same. It'll work on tile and concrete as well. It'll also dry clean carpet, but once all my carpet is gone, I won't need that feature. I've been gradually removing the cheap carpet that was installed when I purchased the house ~30 yrs. ago. Much of the house has the original oak flooring, which is in need of stripping and refinishing. I originally replaced some linoleum flooring with oak right after I moved in.
