This time we took a stroll around Zengyo Station, which is on the Odakyu Enoshima Line. The place name Zengyo is said to come from Zengyo-ji Temple, which was located there in the early Edo period. We introduced some interesting spots around the station, including the ruins of Zengyo-ji Temple, which gave the place its name. We also took a stroll around the Zengyo housing complex, Shinsui Park along the Hikiji River, and the surrounding area of Oba.
