Sucha Beskidzka – Żywiec: budujemy nowoczesną kolej!

In southern Poland, between Sucha Beskidzka and Żywiec, a major railway modernization project, carried out by Polish Railway Lines, is underway, transforming the region step by step. New tracks, platforms, and infrastructure are bringing rail service back into the region after years of restrictions. The entire investment is financed by the National Recovery Plan (KPO), and it is these funds that are driving this project. These are not promises, but real work on the ground. Once the modernization is complete, journeys are expected to be faster, safer, and more comfortable. Trains are scheduled to return to service as early as December.
