How to Test RCT || JSR - Crush Tester || Ring Crush Test

The Ring Crush Tester is used to determine the compression strength of a material. With the help of various accessories, the instrument can be used for measurement the compression strength of liner & fluting as well as of corrugated board. Ring Crush Tester is easy to use. A test piece is placed at the center of the lower platen. When the operators pushes the start button, the lower platen moves upwards according to a preset speed until the test piece is crushed between the upper & lower platens. When this cycle is completed, the lower platen automatically returns to its home position. The maximum measured force exerted during the test is automatically presented on the built in DISPLAY & value is hold until next Test Start.
