We spent a week in CABO!🌴

We just got back from our first ever trip to Cabo and it was such a fun and special week. This trip was a little different than our typical travels because we mostly slowed down and relaxed. Instead of constantly exploring, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the moment with family, sitting by the beach, eating amazing food, and soaking up the sunshine. We were in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for 7 days celebrating two birthdays in Kena’s family — Kena’s dad turning 52 and Kena’s sister Addi turning 19. Addi also had a bunch of her friends there which made the whole trip feel like one big celebration. We stayed at an all-inclusive resort, Sandos Finisterra, right on the beach. It was the perfect place to just hang out, relax, and eat incredible Mexican food all day every day. Even though we mostly chilled, we still had some amazing adventures. One day we went on a dog hike with a big group, which took us to one of the most spectacular views of all of Cabo. We also walked to a hidden local beach, explored downtown Cabo, and had so much fun wandering around the city. We even found the perfect souvenir from this trip — something we’ll always look at and remember this week by. One of the craziest parts of the trip was the waves at our beach. They were massive and super dangerous, so nobody was allowed to swim there the whole time we were visiting. It was honestly wild watching how powerful the ocean was. This trip was exactly what we needed — a chance to slow down, spend time with family, celebrate birthdays, and just enjoy being together. Cabo… we loved you.
