Cortland Collins the five year old drummer form Hazlehurst Mississippi, beat out over sixty (60) contestants in a talent competition, at Thalia Mara Hall, in Jackson, Mississippi, in January of 1998 and won an all expense paid trip to New York to perform on the most famous stage in America.
