Step back in time to Claremont Speedway for this classic Solo Speedway meeting held on 5th February 1982. This historic meeting featured some of the finest solo riders of the era, including multiple World Champion Ivan Mauger, one of the greatest speedway riders in the history of the sport. With a quality field of competitors, the night produced exciting wheel-to-wheel racing and showcased the incredible skill and bravery of these riders as they battled on the famous Claremont dirt track. This footage has been carefully preserved from the original VHS recording as part of my mission to keep Australia's speedway history alive for future generations.
