Hi Guys, My friends asked me to make a video on How to make yellow Laphing. So here I have made a tutorial on how to make Yellow Laping or Laphing or Lapping which is one of the most popular street food of Tibet. This laphing video will teach you how to prepare laphing in details. Laping | Laphing or Lapping is very popular in the streets of Tibet,Nepal and India. Manjuka Tilla at Delhi and Budhanath at Kathmandu. There are many LAPING shops with non-stop people coming from outside to eat everyday. So, I have made a simple video of yellow laping tutorial. Hope you guys will like this yellow laping tutorial. YELLOW LAPING | LAPHING INGREDIENTS: -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A: TO MAKE DOUGH AND STARCH FOR YELLOW LAPING: 1: Prepare regular dough using water and all purpose flour (Maida) 2: Keep the dough for at least 30 minutes aside. For more details watch the yellow laping tutorial and if you have questions please leave it in comment section. NOTE: Some people add baking powder in dough so it is optional. YELLOW LAPING CHILLI SAUCE INDEGRIENTS: 3 table chili flakes 1 small piece of ginger 1 table spoon Sichuan pepper 3 piece of Garlic 1 tsp of salt for taste Pinch of ajini moto for taste ( Warning: Bad for health) HOW TO MAKE SAUCE FOR YELLOW LAPING: 2-3 table spoon green onion 1 table spoon ginger and garlic smashed and soaked in water for at least 10 minutes 3 table spoon soy sauce 3 table spoon sesame oil 2 table spoon black vinegar 2-3 table spoon chili sauce that we made before 1/4 table spoon salt or as per your taste 1 table spoon sesame seeds NOTE: We add food color (Yellow ) and Turmeric powder to make the laping yellow.
