🍂 35-minute Yin Yoga session for the Autumn Equinox: a session to ground, balance, and harmonize your energies between light and dark 🌙. Namaste Yogis! We'll begin with Malasana (Garland Pose), a pose that opens the hips and connects us to the earth, to find stability and grounding. Gentle twists will then release tension, stimulate digestion, and symbolize the transition from summer to autumn, letting go of what we no longer need. With Deer Pose, we'll seek flexibility and inner balance, echoing the perfect balance of the equinox. The practice of Nadi Shodhana pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing, will allow us to harmonize our solar and lunar energies, reflecting the dance between light and shadow specific to this time of year.
