Now add boil beef and roast well. Now add potatoes and 2 cup water and cook, then grind plum, green chilies, fried onion , now add the yellow color in yogurt , then add lemon juice , mint and coriander lastly add rice and other ingredients and simmer and serve . Karahi Muthi Kabab Ingredients for kabab Boneless chicken ½ kg Bread 1slice Green chilies 3-4 Coriander 2tbsp White pepper 1tsp Cumin powder 1tsp All spice ½ tsp Oil 4tbsp Ingredients for Karahi Sliced onion 2 Sliced tomatoes 2 Green chilies 6-7 Oil 4tbsp Ingredients to temper Clarified butter 4tbsp Green chilies 4-5 Garlic 1-1/2 tbsp Method Mix all the ingredients of kabab and grind well . Now give shape of kababs and fry , now in a wok add onions, tomatoes,, green chilies and add kabab and cook on high flame .add the other ingredients garnish with coriander and serve .
