This is the inspiring story of BARC founder Linda Buller, who has dedicated her life to saving neglected dogs in Bali Indonesia. BARC is a no-kill shelter providing vaccination, sterilization and other necessary medical assistance to all rescued animals. BARC operates a street sterilization program to help stop the relentless flow of unwanted puppies. BARC also conducts education programs in the Balinese community Over the past 10 years, BARC have healed, sterilized and cared for thousands and thousands of unwanted dogs, and adopted them to good families who have been screened and approved for adoption. BARC can have an average of 300 dogs in our care at any one time and are only just beginning!
