Today I spent a day with Carlos Sanchez. The Dominican Republic's most famous stand-up comedian. Despite the years, Carlos has remained at the top of Dominican comedy, representing the country even abroad. Today we're putting together a special activity commemorating Rafael, one of the channel's most beloved characters. We hope it makes him laugh... but not so much that he disappears!
