Recipe & Ingredients below 👇 Ingredients: Sushi rice (short-grain) Rice paper sheets Nori sheets Lightly salted salmon Avocado Cucumber (optional) Mayonnaise Teriyaki sauce (or any favorite sauce) Sesame seeds or flax seeds Short cooking steps: 1. Rinse sushi rice and cook (1 part rice to 1.5 parts water). Let rest 10 minutes. 2. Soften rice paper slightly with water. 3. Place nori on rice paper, add a layer of rice. 4. Add salmon, avocado, cucumber, and sauces. 5. Add another layer of rice and cover with nori. 6. Wrap into an envelope shape. 7. Roll in sesame or flax seeds and pan-fry until golden on all sides.
