Degrado in Galleria Nazionale: parlano i commercianti

The day after the meeting of the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Safety, shopkeepers at the Galleria Nazionale in Pistoia are calling for decisive action. The situation, now well-known to residents, is the deterioration affecting the area, caused by individuals who harass shopkeepers from morning until night during business hours. Specifically, they report loud music from late morning until late at night, excrement and urine near shops, and litter left on the ground. The proposed solutions include increased surveillance, the involvement of social services for these individuals, and the reintroduction of events to the Galleria that can create gatherings of people, thus eradicating the problem, at least during daytime hours.
