La Paz, the fascinating administrative capital of Bolivia. This city is unlike any other in the world. This system connects different parts of La Paz and the neighboring city of El Alto, which is even higher up on the mountain. Because the city is built on steep hills and in a deep valley, normal buses and roads can be very slow and crowded. So the cable car was built to make travel easier, faster, and more comfortable for everyone.
