In this video we present a complete intervention performed on an Audi A7 Sportback 50 TDI 286cv quattro, equipped with the V6 3.0 TDI engine. The goal was to obtain better performance, greater responsiveness, and at the same time a smooth and clean delivery, without smoke or odors. 🔧 Modifications: – Complete Stage 2 with optimized engine map on the test bench – Remapping of the ZF8 automatic gearbox to make the response faster and sportier – Software exclusion of:  • Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)  • EGR valve  • SCR system with AdBlue – Physical replacement of the original DPF with our high-permeability sports metal filter:  ✔️ No exhaust smoke  ✔️ No unpleasant odors  ✔️ Low opacity values ​​(k0.03 on this A7)  ✔️ Slightly fuller sound but not annoying  ✔️ No errors in the control unit 📊 The result is a car that is significantly more performing, ready to accelerate and pleasant to drive, while maintaining a level of comfort and silence typical of the model. 💨 The exhaust is free and responsive, but not smoky and not invasive: the sports metal filter guarantees correct back pressure and a constant flow. 📽️ At the end of the video we also show you the result of the successfully passed revision test: it was carried out as a private internal test, for demonstration purposes, to confirm the quality and efficiency of our work.
